Follow these easy steps:
1. Wash and dry 4 chicken breast halves, each one about 200g.
2. Heat griller for 15 minutes.
3. Rub juice of 1 lime on chicken breasts.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Grill, skin side up, on lightly oiled grill for 5 minutes on one side and 10 minutes, skin side down on the other.
6. Sprinkle with freshly chopped or dried tarragon.
