Ingredients
· 6 medium potatoes, grated
· 1 small onion, finely chopped
· 125 ml brown bread flour
· 5 ml baking powder
· 2 eggs, separated
· 5 ml salt
· Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients together except for the egg whites, which are beaten stiffly, then folded into the other ingredients.
2. Fry in lightly oiled pan, turning when one side is done.
