Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob


Ingredients

·         6 medium sized fresh sweet corn cobs in the husk
·         Margarine
·         Salt to taste
·         Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 200⁰C (392⁰F).
2. Lay cobs one layer deep in a large roasting pan and roast, uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes or until kernels are tender.
3. Remove cobs from the oven; peel of husks and serve with margarine, salt and pepper.

Makes six servings
