Roast Pineapple


1. Preheat oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Slice I medium sized pineapple in half, lengthways and score the flesh with a sharp knife.

3. Spoon 12.5 ml (I tbsp.) honey over each half and roast for 20 minutes.

4. Cut each half into 3 pieces and serve.

Serves 6.
